  • Claims processed quickly and professionally

Insurance is automatically included for shipments over $1,000.


Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Document Immediately – Take photos of box and contents

  3. Don’t Discard – Keep all packaging materials
  4. We’ll Resolve – We’ll file insurance claim and arrange replacement or refund

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows your package is lost:

Wrong Address
